  Yeah its frustrating when you spend so much on scouting. Then finally find a talent and then he maxes low. But just keep trying,my bad luck has turned with Jianqiu, Jaqcuet, de Wortelaers, Petersen, Volpe.

  OMG just saw this. I have made very similar experiences, it is so, so so frustrating (and then this mediocre-potential guys train 180 points - you feel as if the masters of OCM are doing that on purpose ;D) ... fingers crossed.

  Thanks! Yes, things took a turn for the better. Although i could still add some other early maxed riders to this list, ending up with these 2 young sprinters it's not that bad any more. I almost ended up wasting 3.6m on scouting and training and not having a worthy captain. Lets hope i will meet you one day in the top division!
